Therefore, many enterprises often prepare a large number of adhesive labels or adhesive printing paper to meet the needs at any time. However, the storage time of self-adhesive label is limited. If the storage time is too long, the adhesive will become invalid and lose its stickiness when it is dry and hard. The unreasonable storage method will accelerate this process. How to store the self-adhesive label properly? Shenzhen Saibang Technology believes that the following items should be noted for the storage of self-adhesive labels:
1. The self-adhesive sticker shall prevent direct sunlight, and shall be damp-proof, sunscreen, high-temperature and ultra-low-temperature.
2. It can be stored for one year at 23 ± 2 ℃ and RH65 ± 5% relative humidity, and some glue can be stored for two years.
3. The label should have an outer package. It is recommended that the plastic film should be sealed and packaged again after each use. It can also provide better storage conditions for the label.
4. The printed labels shall be stacked in layers after packaging, and shall not be too heavy to prevent glue penetration and adhesion.
5. The self-adhesive stickers should be sealed with moisture-proof paper or film packaging, and the packages should be stacked vertically, and the flat sheets should be stored flat and flat, and the height of each board should not exceed 1m, and the goods should be more than 10cm above the ground (wood block).
